
Despite what people tell you about keeping fit, exercising regularly is hard, especially with aging and climate change. I have been jogging three times a week for many years, and while my mind always feels like I’m 21, the 48-year-old body gets tired more easily and the skin dreads encountering the humid 30 deg C air at 630am.
