Everyone Needs A Lumbar Roll

Sitting down for long periods can lead to severe back pain if you do not adopt the right posture.

A simple lumbar roll (or any rolled towel) can help everyone sit correctly and prevent unnecessary pain. I suffered from severe lower back pain in the past year until a physiologist Dr Joseph Wong from Orchard Physiotherapy Centre helped me to correct my posture and my lack of flexibility.
