While I was jogging today, I thought about the Christian’s role in a world being disrupted by AI. While I embrace Gen AI for its ability to augment our limited abilities, I am simultaneously cautious about how it can disconnect humans from each other at the physical and spiritual levels. How can I help people rediscover their humanity while I teach them Gen AI? How can I use my communication skills and technology to share God’s message with people? How do I bring all these seemingly contradictory things together? I’ve been pondering these questions since 1997 when I became a Christian, and this visual is an expression of the ongoing debate in my mind.
