It’s been a year since we embarked on the journey to coach the communication teams within MINDEF, and I was telling this batch that the course content has changed dramatically in the past year due to AI advancements.

In the latest edition of the workshop, we focus on writing skills files, using prompts efficiently and working with Markdown files. We also tackle perennial comms headaches, such as media monitoring, using “Computer Use” capabilities. Finally, we examine which comms tasks should be automated and which shouldn’t.
