Newsletter 24 – Shining a light on ourselves

The more I observe people using Gen AI, the more I affirm my hypothesis: AI shines a light on our motivations and true selves.

If you are a curious learner, you’ll probably use Gen AI to explore ways to self-learn and achieve better results. If you don’t care about your work, you’ll probably use Gen AI-generated content without thinking hard about its relevance or accuracy. I believe Gen AI intensifies either our fixed or growth mindset, and accelerates us toward what we deserve.

The good news is that you don’t have to stick to a fixed mindset. It’s your choice!
